Terms and Conditions for using the Saraswati Vidhya Ashram Senior Secondary School website, parent portal, mobile app, and related school services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Saraswati Vidhya Ashram Senior Secondary School website, parent/student portal, or school mobile application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to use school digital services lawfully and respectfully.

2. School services

Digital services may include public information pages, online enquiry/admission forms, fee payment links, notices, academic updates, transport tracking (where enabled), chat/feed features, and other tools provided for enrolled families and authorised staff. Features available to you depend on your role and school configuration.

3. Accurate information

Parents, guardians, students, and staff must provide accurate information during enquiry, admission, fee payment, and profile updates. The School may verify details and withhold or correct access where information is incomplete or misleading.

4. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials for the portal/app. Do not share passwords. Notify the school office immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. The School may suspend accounts to protect students, families, and campus systems.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the website or app to harass others, post unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, interfere with school systems, or circulate confidential student/staff information. School community standards and Indian law apply.

6. Fees, admissions, and academic decisions

Online forms and payments support school operations but do not automatically guarantee admission, promotion, or fee waiver. Final decisions on admissions, academics, discipline, and fee adjustments remain with school administration under published school rules.

7. Intellectual property

School name, logo, photographs, documents, and website content belong to the School or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials for commercial use without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

While we strive for reliable digital services, temporary outages, third-party payment delays, or network issues may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the School is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website/app; academic and administrative recourse remains through the school office.
